Customers who have subscribed to OmniMind’s services are eligible to request a return under this policy.

3. 14-Day Full Refund Policy
OmniMind offers a 14-day full refund policy. Customers who are not satisfied with our services can request a full refund within 14 days from the start of their monthly subscription period.

4. Refund Request Procedure
To initiate a refund, the customer must send an email request to refund@omnimind.ai from the email account associated with their OmniMind subscription. The request should include the customer’s name, subscription details, and the reason for the refund (optional).

5. Processing of Refunds
Upon receiving a refund request, OmniMind will process it within five business days. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used by the customer. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer’s account may vary depending on the financial institution.

6. Limitations and Exceptions
Refunds are only applicable to the monthly subscription fees. This policy does not cover any additional services or products that may be offered by OmniMind. The refund policy is not applicable in cases of misuse or abuse of our services.
