If you want your AI agent to suggest relevant additional questions to users based on the current conversation, enable the Follow-up Questions feature. This helps guide users through the topic naturally and keeps the interaction engaging and contextually focused.

Step-by-step Instructions:

1. Open the AI agent for which you wish to activate/deactivate the follow-up questions feature and navigate the Behavior bar located in the sidebar on the left
2. Scroll down on the page to locate the “Follow-up Questions” setting. Switch it off if you don’t want your Agent to suggest additional questions after the answer related to what users asking. You can turn it back in anytime
3. Save the setting at the end of the page
