Add a Custom Message Ending

If you want your AI agent to include a short phrase at the end of every response, use the Custom Message Ending setting. This could be a friendly sign-off, like “Have a great day!”, a prompt to confirm if the question was answered, or contact information for support. Personalize this message to enhance communication and provide helpful reminders in every interaction.

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open the agent that you wish to configure this feature for and navigate to the Behavior tab in the sidebar on the left
  2. Find the Add a custom message to each bot response option. Activate it
  3. Enter the custom message that you would like to appear at the end of every message sent by your AI agent
  4. Scroll down to the end of the page and click the Save button
