The History and Tracking settings allow you to review user interactions with your AI agent, assess response quality, and monitor chat activity. You can choose to track all conversations, focus on interactions with negative feedback or escalations, or disable tracking altogether. For collecting user contact information, you can decide whether to gather names and emails through a simple form, input them manually, or not collect any data at all.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Open your agent in the sidebar on the left and navigate to the History tab
- Open the Tracking settings on this page
- Choose what activities you want to track: either all messages, messages with negative feedback and support inquiries only, or choose not to track anything at all
- Choose the option of how you want to collect users’ contact information with a simple form, provide the username and email manually, or not collect any user information at all
- Click on Apply to save your settings
Once applied, you will be able to view the history with the selected options in the History tab.
