π Informers An Informer is the entity through which a User uploads a specific type of resource. Informers can have various types depending on the format of the source data, such as text, images, tables, and so on. They help gather information and process it for further use within the OmniMind system. You can upload almost any type of material into OmniMind, including blogs, reference documents, web pages, product descriptions, news articles, videos, documents, and many other types of content. The possibilities are limited only by your needs, and you can upload a diverse range of content to obtain answers and information from OmniMind. CSV Text This informer allows you to upload a .csv file containing information in link format and specify the necessary columns for processing. Example file: CSV_text_ex Web URL This informer allows you to specify an external source, a website from which information will be processed. Settings are available that allow you to specify the processing depth (the hierarchy of nested links on the website), a limit on the number of processed pages, and the processing update frequency (this option is available only for corporate users). Confluence This informer allows you to upload your articles and blogs from your Confluence account, providing a quick and convenient way to work with documentation in real-time. File Upload This informer allows you to work with your Zendesk knowledge base. Zendesk This informer allows you to work with your Zendesk knowledge base. File URL This informer allows you to upload files of the following types: pdf, srt, ppt, json, rtf, doc, docx, epub, txt, html, xhtml. When uploading, you can choose the processor responsible for processing the resource and configure the Chunk Size. Chunk size is an option that controls the division of processed information. XML Sitemap This informer allows you to add a sitemap in XML format for website analysis YouTube Video This informer allows you to specify a video on the YouTube hosting platform, the subtitles of which will be processed by the Processor. There is a setting to select the language of the subtitles. YouTube Channel This informer allows you to process an entire channel of videos with subtitles, with a limit of up to 50 videos per processing batch YouTube Playlist This informer allows you to process a playlist containing videos with subtitles, with a limit of up to 50 videos per processing batch Vimeo Video This informer allows you to process videos with subtitles that are hosted on the Vimeo platform Text Plain This informer allows you to process the added text, and there is also a setting for processing metadata in a “key-value” type format Dropbox File This informer allows you to specify a link to a file located on an external source, such as Dropbox Dropbox Folder This informer allows you to specify a link to a folder containing files located on an external source, such as Dropbox Google Drive File This informer allows you to specify a link to a file located on an external source, such as Google Drive Google Drive Folder This informer allows you to specify a link to a folder containing files located on an external source, such as Google Drive Multiple Websites This informer allows you to download multiple external sources at one time. That is, you can download from two sites at once, where the file is located for further processing. Supported file types: pdf, srt, ppt, json, rtf, doc, docx, epub, txt, html and xhtml. Chrome Extension Download information from your resources using our Chrome extension. Now you donβt have to download the entire site, download our extension and download only those fragments from the site that you need.
